Our pursuit of service excellence

This month, Becky Patterson, our Deputy Support Manager was featured on the Service Desk Institute (SDI) website talking about service excellence and how we pursue this at Tikit.  After recently joining the SDI, Becky was invited by the SDI to write about the reasons why Tikit joined and why as a company we are always looking to continuously improve.

Tikit joined the SDI in August 2016.  Since then we have been selected as Service Desk of the month for October and we have achieved an ISO 9001 accreditation for all of service desks globally.
