Our support team

Our Support team have members located in the UK, North America, Canada and Australia. We provide help and support for Tikit P4W (and it’s ancillary products), Tikit Carpe Diem, Tikit eMarketing and Tikit TMS. Tikit User Voice

We also released UserVoice in 2019. UserVoice is instantly accessible to all users and collects and organises comments and suggestions from multiple sources to provide a clear, actionable view of user feedback.

ISO 9001

Tikit’s Support team has held ISO 9001 certification since 2009.  This internationally recognised standard is used by Tikit as a method of controlling our Quality Management Procedures.  It provides a framework which enables us to manage our department efficiently and effectively.

ISO 9001 is based on eight quality management principles including Customer Focus, Leadership, Process Approach, Fact Based Decision Making and Continual Improvement.

Service Desk Institute 

In 2016, Tikit became Gold Members of the Service Desk Institute (SDI). SDI sets the globally recognised best practice service desk standards that provide clear and measurable benchmarks for service desk operations and professionals.

Tikit P4W User Group

By choosing P4W as your practice and case management you will be supported by a thriving user community.

The P4W User Group is made up of legal professionals who are interested in using Tikit P4W to its full potential in their firms.  The group enhances communication between Tikit and the Tikit P4W users, as well as providing users with the perfect opportunity to collaborate with other firms. Tikit P4W is developed with this in mind. The User Group meetings are held twice a year and provide the foundations for further product development.

Jane Pritchard says that “the group is essentially a platform for like-minded legal professionals to get together and help each other improve their businesses by using the full offering of software they already have.  They come together in spite of the fact they’re in competition with each other, because ultimately it benefits them and their clients”.

For firms that rely on Tikit for the delivery of other software applications we host our annual ‘Tikit InFocus’ conference.

Tikit InFocus brings together our clients and software partners. After the morning educational conference, we make sure that everyone has some fun!

Product Advisory Board

In May 2019 Tikit announced that Janet Day will be chairing its newly formed Independent Product Advisory Board. Led by Day, the new independent board will help Tikit underscore its role as a trusted advisor in the technology investment space.
