Working Together: Tikit P4W User Group Chairs reap benefits of collaborating with other SME law firms
TV Edwards’ Jane Pritchard, hlw Keeble Hawson’s Liam Bramwell and Gregg Latchams’ Richard Hill talk to LPM Magazine about how they reap rewards by attending Tikit P4W User Group.
Tikit aims to promote collaboration with its clients as well as between users in order to continuously improve its software. The Tikit P4W National User Group Conference is the best example of this. Held every year in November, it is an event that brings together users of Tikit’s practice and case management software, P4W, in order to teach users about the true benefits of the software.
However the event isn’t just about P4W. It aims to provide a platform for firms to discuss key technology issues and how to resolve them and invites legal experts to talk on a variety of thought provoking topics.
In this article the User Group Chairs, Jane Pritchard, Liam Bramwell and Richard Hill come together to discuss how effective communication has enhanced their firms’ technology processes and how the User Group has contributed to the enhancement of P4W.
