To support this drive, Tikit has recruited Darren Saunders as Managed Services Account Manager and Ian Halcrow, the Client & Services Delivery Manager for Tikit, who will work together to continue to enhance, develop and implement managed service solutions that help drive our clients productivity. Ian Halcrow, Client & Service Delivery Manager, Tikit Managed Services
Ian is responsible for service delivery to clients with a specific focus on service quality, customer satisfaction and productivity. In the short term his aim is to work with clients to strengthen service delivery capabilities, develop new services and grow Tikit’s Managed Service team. Having been an IT Director at Harvey Ingram and Head of IT at Hammonds, Ian has unique insight into the challenges facing IT Departments within law firms. Ian has also worked with IT service providers delivering outsourced services and a number of law firms such as Linklaters, as a legal IT strategic professional.
Darren Saunders, Tikit Managed Services Account Manager
Darren joins Tikit as an Account Manager of Managed Services and is responsible for managing existing clients as well as bringing new Managed Services clients on board. Darren will be looking to introduce new solutions into the Managed Services portfolio. Darren has been working in the Legal sector for the past 13 years starting out with TOPCALL/Dicom. Afterwards Darren then moved to Avanquest before joining Tikit. Prior to working in sales Darren was a pre-sales consultant and technical analyst.
