Five weeks and counting! Are the kids driving you mad yet? Well, stick on a Joe Wicks PE lesson to keep them occupied for half an hour or so, and use the time to Upskill in Lockdown with another of our free training sessions.

Now we’ve equipped you with our Top 10 Tips for working from home on almost everything Microsoft, I hope you are putting our helpful hacks into practice. Have your firm recently adopted NetDocuments to meet the government’s requirement for remote working? Or perhaps, your firm has had NetDocuments for some time but you’ve not had a need to use it much until this point. Well, this session will be perfect for you, this week we will be training you on our Top 10 Tips for NetDocuments.

NetDocuments is a great tool to have when working from home, allowing you to collaborate and share documents with your team effortlessly. We will guide you through our top tips to make collaboration and converting documents into pdfs simple, as well as organising your workspace to ensure the most important documents are easily accessible.

What we will cover:

    • Delivering a Secured Link – sending emails with an additional security functions
    • Emailing attachments and links including editing attachments
    • Follow Me
    • Approve
    • Customise the Power Bar/Right Click
    • Adding Document Number into all documents
    • Uploading a new version from an email attachment
    • Uploading a new document
    • Working offline – checking out and in documents
