Richard Walters – Client Success Manager

My primary objective is working with our clients to maximize the value of their partnership with Tikit.  We explore ways to help them to address the concerns they face today, as well as to learn about new or emerging challenges.  Day-to-day I focus on delivering additional value to Tikit clients via increased communication and collaboration around product roadmaps and long-term product strategies and provide a single, consistent point of contact for our clients.

I have been serving the legal industry for over two decades, with a specific focus in maximizing revenue and profitability for law firms through the use of technology and process re-engineering. During my career I have worn many hats including sales, implementation, training, and client relationship management so I feel I have a comprehensive understanding of the business of law.

While forever a Southern Californian at heart, I have been fortunate to call New York City home for the past 20 years.   And when I’m not working I love to spend time with his wife in the mountains, enjoying the cultural opportunities of the Big Apple, old cars, and the Dallas Cowboys!
