- In the latest version of eMarketing, you can now automatically add a calendar link to the processed page and a response email! It is easy. It is a new token that you simply drag and drop where you want it to appear.
Jeff is an eighteen-year veteran in the customer relationship management community, including eleven years working with Tikit’s eMarketing solution. He brought his CRM acumen to Canadian firms via InterAction implementations where he was introduced to Tikit. The closed-loop value of eMarekting was so powerful that when he set up his own advisory practice he continued working as a consultant for Tikit’s North American clients.
In September 2014, the relationship evolved when Jeff took on the Client Adviser role for North America which was followed by a move to product management in January 2015. Jeff has worked on a range of initiatives including data and privacy compliance – CASL and GDPR.
Today Jeff is involved in all elements of Tikit’s marketing products including eMarketing, Client Referrals and the new Legal Publish partnership. He can be found talking with clients, speaking at industry gatherings, writing blogs and working to advance Tikit’s offerings to better address market needs. Outside of the office and his many responsibilities at Tikit Jeff in his spare time enjoys cycling and travel.
