Andrea opened the Australian branch of Tikit in 2015. Prior to this, Andrea held a number of management and consultancy roles. With over 20 years of experience working in the legal technology sector – which has involved dealing with many of the worlds most recognised legal and professional services firms – Andrea has an unrivalled understanding and an in depth knowledge of the of the  legal tech landscape. This extensive knowledge means she understands the business of law and the changing landscape of the professional services world and appreciates the part that technology has to play in helping firms meet new demands from clients. Andrea is particularly interested how business can make a shift to a genuinely client-centric mode of service delivery from the traditional task based transactional approach.

Katherine Ainley

Katherine has been the CEO of Tikit since January 2015, and was previously the Director of Client Services and Transformation. Prior to this, Katherine has held a range of roles in BT having joined in 2007, this has included various leadership roles in general management, strategy, and business Improvement. She was also the CEO of BT Payphones, responsible for running the payphone business across the UK. Before joining BT, Katherine worked at Lloyds TSB and originally started her career as a management consultant at Ernst & Young.

Simon joined Tikit in May 2008 as a result of the acquisition of TFB, where he was the Managing Director. Following the acquisition in addition to having overall responsibility for the Tikit TFB business unit (which delivers fully integrated practice management solutions to mid-sized law firms), Simon was appointed as Professional Services Director of Tikit Plc in January 2009. In this role, Simon oversaw the services delivery of each of Tikit’s business sector teams: Content Management, CRM, Finance, BPM & Custom Development as well as the Project Office and Development Teams.

Simon was part of the Executive team of Tikit Plc who completed the sale of the Company to BT in January 2013. Following the acquisition Simon became Chief Operating Officer for the Group.
