Simon Hill

CEO

Simon joined Tikit in May 2008 as a result of the acquisition of TFB, where he was the Managing Director. Following the acquisition in addition to having overall responsibility for the Tikit TFB business unit (which delivers fully integrated practice management solutions to mid-sized law firms), Simon was appointed as Professional Services Director of Tikit Plc in January 2009. In this role, Simon oversaw the services delivery of each of Tikit’s business sector teams: Content Management, CRM, Finance, BPM & Custom Development as well as the Project Office and Development Teams.

Simon was part of the Executive Team of 3 in Tikit Plc who completed the sale of the company to BT in January 2013. From 2013 to 2017 he was appointed as COO and became CEO in January 2018.

 

Mark Garnish

CTO

Mark joined the legal IT industry in 1984 developing and supporting early debt collection and conveyancing systems. During this time he also wrote and designed a time recording system based on barcodes to allow fee earners to post time whilst mobile in the days when mobiles phones were rare and most people didn’t have a computer on their desks. In 1997 Mark led the team responsible for the development and subsequent success of Partner for Windows as the leading case and practice management system within the UK. He would describe himself as a salesman in development clothing and has always tried to maintain a close relationship with clients, ensuring the company stays attuned to market needs and ahead of the competition in terms of product innovation and development.

He took responsibility for Tikit software development shortly after Tikit bought TFB and now, as Development Director, has ultimate responsibility for the development of Tikit’s Legal IT products including Carpe Diem, eMarketing, Template Management System (TMS), TikitConnect and Partner for Windows.

Commercial and Marketing Director

Simon Elven, Commercial and Marketing Director, was a founding member of Tikit and has been influential in the development of the company over the last 19 years. Tikit is recognised as one of the leading providers of IT products and services to the legal and accounting sectors. Much of Simon’s early work was with document management systems and then with CRM systems and their application for business development.

Lloyd Ellison

Lloyd Ellison

Sales Director

Lloyd joined Tikit in February 2013. He has held various management and leadership positions in IT Sales & Marketing roles since 2006. He has an excellent knowledge of software, IT services, network and communication technologies. His experience stretches across many client sectors. Lloyd has enjoyed working closely with many Professional Services firms, UK FTSE 100 and Global 500 clients over the last decade.

Lloyd graduated from the University of Warwick Business School with a first class degree in Management Sciences.

Peter Zver

Peter Zver

President Tikit Inc

Peter Zver was appointed President of Tikit North America in July, 2013. Peter has been serving the legal market for over two decades. His background is in Information Systems and Finance and was founder of Zver & Associates in the early nineties, a company specializing in addressing the business of law via the delivery of technology products and services. Prior to serving the legal industry he spent time in the Pharma industry in a systems analyst role. Zver holds a CPA designation and is a graduate of McGill University.

 

Virginio Basile

Vice President Professional Services

Virginio was appointed Vice President of Tikit North America in October 2013. He understands the legal sector and knows that technology, when implemented well and when used to its full capacity can bring significant gains to firms from both a revenue and efficiency perspective.

This knowledge had been gained from over 15 years spent consulting and working closely with the leadership teams in law firms to deliver enterprise grade systems, applications, change management and training to ensure that the firms business objectives are met and exceeded, now and in the future.

Prior to joining Tikit, Virginio worked within the legal sector at various Canadian law firms to deliver information systems and programming projects, which means he really does know the business of law, from the inside and the out.

 

 

Richard Walters

Richard Walters has been serving the legal industry for over 2 decades with specific focus in maximizing revenue and profitability for law firms through the use of technology and process re-engineering.  Over the years, his roles have included sales, implementation, training, and client relationship management, providing him a broad understanding of the business of law and ever-changing legal landscape.  His current role at Tikit centers around client advocacy with a goal of ensuring Tikit clients maximize the value of their Tikit products and services, helping them to address the challenges they face today and into the future.  Richard studied at SUNY Empire State College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Economics & Information Systems.

Project Manager

Since joining Tikit in 2014 as a product specialist for TMS, Stephanie’s role has evolved to Document Management Lifestyle Specialist. A role in which Tikit in Canada and especially in the French speaking market of Quebec, is proven to be answering the needs of law firms in professional service departments. Her previous experience as an IT trainer in one of Canada’s major firms has helped prepare her to work in sales, project management, training and other sales services.
