Project Office Administrator
This role will provide administrative support to the busy Project Management and Administration team located at Tikit’s Whiteley Office. The role will encompass a number of important administrative functions including project scheduling and co-ordination, purchasing and issue of software licences, invoicing, utilisation and KPI report generation and general project support.
Day to day activities will include:
Invoicing – working with our Project Administrator to deliver weekly invoicing to coincide with the delivery of Tikit services and software.
Purchasing – raising and placement of both internal and external purchase orders.
Tikit IP – the electronic issue of Tikit licences to customers.
Scheduling and Project Co-Ordination – supporting the Project Managers with scheduling and co-ordination tasks.
Reporting – working with our Project Administrator to facilitate to creation of Invoicing Forecasts, Utilisation and other KPI management reports and associated data.
Project Support – working within the Project Management team to support day to day Project activities.
Previous experience within a similar discipline with a thorough understanding of invoicing cycles, purchasing and general office administration is a must. Confidence with Excel and the manipulation of data in spreadsheets is also
a key requirement.
An eye for detail and thoroughness alongside being proficient and efficient.
