Office Administrator

Responsible for a number of and wide range of administrative tasks, assisting in the daily office requirements and managing the company’s general administrative activitiesSupport and maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. You are authorised to access, use or disclose customer information only when you need to do so to perform your operational duties. Any other access, use, or disclosure may only be made on receipt of additional authority from the information owner. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Assisting with the maintenance of an accurate and efficient service to the Tikit offices and staff which will include providing a comprehensive and effective administrative support function 
  • Answering and directing calls to the Tikit offices  
  • Book travel arrangements for all staff as and when required 
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients 
  • Meet and greet visitors 
  • Ordering stationery for all offices 
  • Raising of purchase orders as and when requested 

Support the office function across Tikit which includes but not limited to: 

  • Ordering of refreshments / lunches for client meetings 
  • Dealing with incoming post 
  • Dealing with adhoc meeting room requests and any associated queries relating to the meeting rooms 
  • Ordering refreshments and sundries for the offices

The skills and experience you need

– Prior administrative experience preferred
– Excellent verbal communication
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work without supervision
– Excellent time management skills
– Technical skills to include proficiency with Microsoft office programs
– Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
– Ability to handle confidential information
