Practice Management

Tikit is recognised as the leading European provider of services to users of practice management systems (PMS).  Tikit's Financial Management group has first-hand knowledge of many of the most widely-used PMS applications, and deep domain expertise in the practices and procedures used by professional services firms. 

In addition to consulting to legal and accounting firms in the use of these third-party systems, Tikit develops and supports its own PMS solutions: TikitTFB Partner for Windows (used by more than 600 small and mid-sized UK legal firms) and Tikit Firmware (used by some of the largest UK law firms).

Large Law

Tikit Firmware, originally developed by ResSoft which was acquired by Tikit in 2005, is used by some of the UK's leading law firms, including Freshfields.  Tikit Firmware provides full support for multi-currency and large-law firm time & billing. 

Tikit continues to support and develop the Tikit Firmware products in response to customer demand, and is currently upgrading the technology to 64-bit.

Small and Mid-Sized Law

Tikit acquired TFB in 2008, adding this award winning practice management software and service capability to the wider Tikit solutions and services mix, and extending the Tikit footprint to small- and mid-sized legal firms as well as large.  TikitTFB has more than 600 law firm clients across the UK, and a strong market reputation for excellence in practice management.  Recent accolades include ‘Integrated System of the Year’ at the Legal Technology Awards 2009 and #1 for Product and Vendor Satisfaction in the Law Society's Software Solutions Guide 2009.

TikitTFB’s flagship solution, Partner for Windows, is highly flexible, easily tailored to individual firm requirements. The Partner for Windows suite includes accounting, case management, document management, time recording and billing.

For the smaller firm, TikitTFB’s Partner for Windows Small Practice Edition (SPE) offers everything that the full version does but is specifically for those that only want or need a single user accounts or case management system.
