  • eMerge - a "full power" broadcast email tool for use by marketing professionals;
  • ReAction Server - enables an external contact (the recipient of an eMerge email) to directly update their details in CRM
  • BounceBack - enables marketing users to manage bounced eMerge emails;
  • Brand Manager - an optional add-on to eMerge to enable marketing users to design email broadcast templates for distribution to and use by 'lay' end users.
