Automate, then optimise

Tikit's Workflow / BPM solutions include pre-built applications containing both forms and processes - referred to as Process PODs - for key process-intensive business functions of professional firms. 

These pre-built Tikit Process PODs include applications for Client Matter Inception, Conflicts Checking and Money Laundering processes - designed to increase efficiency and reduce risk exposure.  Other Tikit Process PODs are available for routine administration tasks (eg leave management) and end-user financial functions (eg cheque request).

Tikit Process PODs can be delivered to the firm to provide the firm with a fast-start to building their own process automation solutions, ensuring rapid ROI.  

Tikit's BPM team also provides full service solutions - analysing requirements, scoping, undertaking custom development, and providing ongoing support.  These may be simple point solutions for automating a single business function, all the way through to full matter and case management solutions.

New Business Intake Process PODs

Law firms are finding it especially challenging to ensure they observe strict compliance and regulatory standards.  Improving adherence to best-practice processes and increasing the quality of data collected as part of a new client or matter inception is widely being recognized as the place to start with business process management.  Tikit's New Business Intake PODs include: Client / Matter Inception, Conflicts Checking, Money Laundering and Risk Assessment.

Financial Process PODs

Tikit's Financial Process PODs are designed to simplify the finance functions commonly undertaken by front office end-users.  These include: Matter Closure, Cheque Requisition.

Administrative Process PODs

Tikit's Process PODs for admin processes are designed to streamline these internal tasks.  These iinclude: New Joiner, Leaver and Absence Management.

Matter Management PODs

Tikit's Matter Management PODs enable fee-earners to access client / matter information from systems such as the in-use PMS and CRM and to work on a client case from a central and single user interface.  Fee earners can send letters, create document bundles, add notes, add contact activities, send emails and create new appointments and tasks.

Case Management PODs

Being able to automate the complete legal process for specialist legal work types or case plans is incredibly important for firms today - particularly so for large volume work types.  Tikit's BPM-based case management solution automates repetitive and administrative tasks allowing fee-earners to concentrate on adding true value to the case.
