Installation Services
To avoid undue disruption to your business, Tikit's Network & Integration Services provides an out of hours installation service which means minimum impact on user productivity. We are also experienced in system upgrades and the migration of company data.

Hardware and Software Provision
Tikit is an accredited reseller of a wide range of hardware and software products from the industry’s leading manufacturers. Network Support
We offer support for all current versions of Microsoft, Firewall and Citrix Software systems with industry certified engineers in Checkpoint, Citrix, Microsoft and Riverbed.

Hardware Maintenance 24x7
We respond quickly and effectively to any problem you might have with your IT infrastructure - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This includes maintenance of all major manufactures including HP, Dell, IBM and Sony ensuring full repair and reconfiguration of your hardware to a pre-breakdown state.
 
Disaster and Storage Solutions
Tikit's Network & Integration Services are able to offer a secure and remote offsite backup solution to respond to any kind of disruption. If the worst should happen, our engineers will be in a position to restore your data.

Systems Support 24x7
We offer our clients a single point of contact for all service requirements on PCs, Network and System Integration. Our call logging systems ensure that your queries are dealt with by the relevant department. Should further assistance be required, hotline staff can directly despatch one of our highly trained technicians to solve your problem on site.

Kingston Smith; 52 partners, 450 staff; UK

Tikit’s Network & Integration services division helped Kingston Smith with the challenge of standardising and centralising their infrastructure to one location, this freed staff to focus on core chargeable activities. Tikit integrated their IT infrastructure by implementing a thin client environment using Citrix over a Wide Area Network (WAN).

3663 - First for food service; UK

With 35 different distribution depots across the UK, but no centralised office that could communicate to each of the business units - Logistics, Distribution and wholesales - 3663 wanted to improve cross communication within the company by centralising to one location. This location would be the new "Centre of Excellence" in Bury.

MacIntyre Hudson LLP; 380 staff, 9 offices

MacIntyre Hudson LLP has over 300 staff located in nine offices throughout the UK. Their IT infrastructure consisted of nine separate Local Area Networks with staff working independently at each location. MacIntyre Hudson LLP realised that they needed to standardise and centralise their infrastructure to one location.
