Phased Approach
We typically take a four phased approach to development projects, however, our approach is flexible depending on the size and complexity of the project. The initial phase is a consultancy session with the client’s team to fully understand the specific requirements and enable us to develop a specification document. The production is then done offsite and is followed by independent testing. Finally, delivery and 'bedding in' through initial use is completed onsite, working with the customer.
