Tikit follows ITIL methodology best practices and is currently in the process of obtaining ISO 9001 accreditation. This will complement the ITIL framework processes already in place that maintains and ensures a high service is delivered by Tikit to our client base. Tikit has a number a PRINCE2 qualified project managers which ensures the underlying PRINCE2 principles are utilised for all projects undertaken by Tikit.

Overview

Our project managers and consultants are able to rapidly assess the needs of the firm and configure the implementation accordingly.  By adopting a Project Management Methodology that draws upon the PRINCE2 approach to the Project Life Cycle ensures a significant reduction in implementation costs, provides an effective implementation process and enables customisation to the firm's needs.

Services

The project commences with a 'kick off' meeting with the Project Manager and any key client personnel.  The kick off meeting involved the project manager going through details of the project and determining the IT requirements - the systems specification phase. 

Assistance with the implementation will consist of support in a number of areas, not just the installation of the software including the setting up and configuration of the product / solution.

For the immediate months after the implementation, the Tikit project team will support the users as much or little as required. The Tikit Support Desk will thereafter manage support services and users are able to manage their support requirements online via Tikit's Support Portal.
