User Communities

Tikit actively encourages user communities.  We believe that there is a real strength in these communities - for idea-generation and experience-sharing, direct feedback on services and product quality, as well as networking with peers.

Tikit Word Excellence Community

Tikit has developed a strong and active UK-based community centred around our Word Excellence Days.  These one-day events are held regularly through the year, bringing together document production and technology experts from within law and other professional services firms, to discuss best practice and emerging trends in the use of Microsoft Word for document production, as well as other technologies related to this.

Tikit works closely with the UK Document Excellence Group (UKDEG) in maintaining this user community.

User Groups

We hold regular user group meetings for Tikit Software products in both the UK and US.  The primary objective of our user groups is to gain  feedback from our clients to help us to develop our products in line with expectations and industry trends, and to encourage discussion of best-practice use of the products.  Our overall aim is to create an active community of peers amongst our customers whereby they will network and provide an added avenue of support to each other.

Tikit eMarketing User Group - UK & US

Each year Tikit hold a series of user group meetings in the UK, US and Australia.  Tikit's CRM experts provides insight into the power of Tikit eMarketing and updates on the product roadmap plans for the next 12 months.  A much-requested session on privacy, data protection and spam was part of the meetings in 2009.

Riverbed Legal User Group - UK

Tikit's Riverbed User Group is chaired by Jonathan Bruce, IT Director at Rouse & Co.

These user group meetingss are held solely for Riverbed customers to discuss and share product information and developments.  Tikit and Riverbed representatives are present to answer direct questions, provide product updates and deal with any client queries.
