Tikit eMarketing enables marketing and business development teams to deliver professionally branded e-marketing communications to their contacts, automatically record the recipient’s responses and, through the powerful reporting functionality, analyse the captured data. By automating key activities such as event management, newsletter list management, data verification and email delivery failure management, Tikit eMarketing can significantly increase the efficiency and quality of a firm’s marketing activities.

Tikit eMerge

eMerge is a broadcast email tool - this is the "full power" client for use by marketing professionals.  eMerge can be integrated with the in-house CRM system or fed by simple CSV-structured contact data which is standard format for exporting data, or purchased mailing lists.

Tikit Brand Manager

Brand Manager is an add-on to eMerge and helps the firm to maintain marketing and brand standards, and to establish, grow and maintain brand consistency across all firm-wide communications.  It enables the central marketing function to design email broadcast templates for use by 'lay' end-users.

Tikit ReAction Server

ReAction Server enables an external contact to directly update their personal details in InterAction as a result of receiving an eMerge email, such as an invitation to an event or seminar, a newsletters opt-in or opt-out list, or a request to update their personal details.  This module requires InterAction.

Tikit BounceBack

BounceBack enables marketing users to action bounced eMerge emails.  BounceBack is integrated with - and requires InterAction CRM.
