Tikit CM Tools

Tikit Content Management (CM) Utilities have been developed by Tikit in response to issues commonly encountered by Tikit's customers. 

These tools meet specific requirements for usability, extended functionality and integration.  Tikit CM Utilities ensure better processes and greater efficiency.

The utilities have been packaged by Tikit, with full implementation and support services.

Tikit FileNote

Tikit File Note, an electronic cover sheet, delivers key matter information to anyone accessing the electronic matter file in Autonomy iManage. This soultion allows users to record summary details and notes about a matter. In doing so, it provides a solution that has been missing since the transition of paper-based files to e-filing.

Tikit Dealbinder

Tikit DealBinder enables users to quickly and cost-effectively create and publish their own web-based (or CD/DVD) document packs.  Includes indexing, full-text search, HTML / PDF conversion.

Tikit Workspace Presenter

Extend the functionality and usability of iManage Worksite by creating links to real-time dashboards, reports and the firms’ resources from client and matter folders or workspaces.  For example, link to Tikit Matter Management, Elite Webview or custom reports.

Tikit DM Profiler for BigHand

Enables integration between iManage WorkSite and BigHand digital dictation including configuration settings for profiling, and enablling easier end-user linking of dictation files into WorkSite.

Tikit TMS Connector

Integration components for iManage Worksite and Microsoft Office.

Tikit Link

TikitLink allows documents within the WorkSite electronic filing system to be linked and accessed via hypertext links - either from within other documents or from intranet sites. Aids navigation, assists research, ensures currency.

Tikit DocAttach

Tikit DocAttach integrates InterAction CRM with iManage WorkSite so that you can attach individual documents, or a virtual dossier, to CRM records. This means that your users can see a complete overview of a client or contact from within the CRM record, without launching other applications or searches.
