Tikit announces raft of new business wins

London, 16^th July 2010:  Tikit, the leading European provider of services and software solutions to the legal and accountancy sectors, announced today software sales to new and existing clients.

The new market leading FileNote product is an electronic matter cover sheet, which allows users to record summary details and running notes about a matter.  This recreates, for electronic matter files stored in Autonomy iManage, the much-used functionality of the paper coversheet that has been missing since the transition of paper-based files to e-filing.

FileNote, launched just six weeks ago, has already been purchased by six leading law firms, totalling over 6,000 seats.  Taylor Wessing, Speechly Bircham, CMS Cameron McKenna and Bird & Bird are among those that see FileNote as a highly valuable addition to their Autonomy iManage environment.  Tim Hyman, IT Director at Taylor Wessing said "Autonomy is the clear market leader and provides a robust and functional electronic repository for our matter filing. Whilst the filing and searching tools work well, our lawyers have identified a number of functions that haven't quite made the transition from the paper file to the e-file. With Tikit's FileNote we are able to plug some of those gaps utilising the 'white space' currently associated with a matter workspace. Tikit have effectively brought the old file cover sheet back to life creating an obvious home for key matter information previously hidden".

Tikit's House Style Manager suite of products goes from strength to strength.  This solution provides document template management and integration, centralised printer controls, centralised management of email signatures and easy-to-use tools for managing and ensuring the integrity of document styles. Recent sales to two large firms, including Martineau LLP, have continued the successful take up of this product to help law firms manage their Microsoft Office environment.

Alongside sales of their own products, Tikit have scored notable successes in third-party software sales, including five new clients for Autonomy iManage and DocAuto WorkSpace Manager, and two new clients for the leading CRM solution, LexisNexis InterAction.

Bech-Bruun, a long-standing Danish client has selected Tikit to supply and implement the LexisNexis InterAction solution its users, at the same time rolling out the "Matters", "Opportunities" and "IQ" modules, as well as the Tikit eMarketing Solution. 

Meanwhile, a leading Finnish law firm has just purchased Autonomy's iManage Universal Search to improve searching capabilities throughout all its data repositories.
